Please read these terms carefully before booking your Umrah package with us.

1. Booking Terms

1.1 Package Confirmation

  • All bookings require a minimum deposit of £300 per person
  • Full payment must be received 8 weeks before departure
  • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of signed booking form and deposit
  • Package prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed

1.2 Payment Methods

  • Bank transfer, debit card, or cash payments accepted
  • Credit card payments subject to 3% processing fee
  • Installment plans available for bookings made 16+ weeks in advance
  • All payments in GBP only

2. Cancellation Policy

Important: Cancellation charges apply as per the schedule below. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

6-8 weeks before departure 50% of total package cost
4-6 weeks before departure 75% of total package cost
Less than 4 weeks before departure 100% of total package cost (no refund)

3. Travel Requirements

3.1 Passport & Visa

  • Valid passport with minimum 6 months validity from travel date
  • Passport must have at least 2 blank pages for visa stamps
  • Saudi visa processing included in package price
  • Certain nationalities may require additional documentation

3.2 Health Requirements

  • Valid meningitis vaccination certificate required (ACWY)
  • COVID-19 vaccination may be required (check current guidelines)
  • Health insurance strongly recommended
  • Travelers with medical conditions must declare during booking

4. ATOL Protection

Your Money is Protected

Umrah Packages London holds ATOL licence number 12345. When you buy an ATOL protected flight or flight inclusive holiday from us, you will receive an ATOL Certificate.

This lists what is financially protected, where you can get information on what this means for you and who to contact if things go wrong.

5. Liability & Insurance

5.1 Our Liability

  • We act as agent for airlines, hotels, and transport companies
  • Our liability is limited to the package price paid
  • We are not liable for delays, cancellations by third parties
  • Force majeure events are excluded from liability

5.2 Travel Insurance

Travel Insurance is Strongly Recommended

We strongly advise all travelers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and personal liability.

6. Conduct & Behavior

  • All pilgrims must respect Islamic values and Saudi customs
  • Inappropriate behavior may result in removal from group
  • No refund for removal due to misconduct
  • Dress code guidelines must be followed at all times
  • Photography restrictions in holy sites must be observed

7. Complaints Procedure

If you have any complaints about our services, please follow our complaints procedure:

  1. Contact us immediately during your trip if issues arise
  2. Submit written complaint within 28 days of return
  3. We will acknowledge receipt within 7 days
  4. Full response provided within 28 days
  5. Unresolved complaints can be referred to ABTA or CAA
